Well chaps - I'm sure it must be on here already somewhere, but whats the timescale for arriving / booking in / game start on the Sunday? Would much rather come down Saturday but I'm working till 9pm.

Absolute latest 9am on Sunday please. The earlier you arrive the more composed and relaxed you and we will be. There is nothing worse than tearing up to a big event at the last minute, kit all over the place and stuff missing, frantically trying to load magazines whilst pulling on your boots. Look on this as a military operation and yourself as a disciplined soldier - a) you don't want to let your mates down and b) you don't want to be put on a charge (or worse, 'volunteered' to take point on every patrol 
).
